I train members at Legacy Athletic Club in Cedar Knolls. I offer a Spartan SGX class (toughest kind of training, geared toward obstacle course races), and a Boot Camp (the easier version). Remember: I can adapt to any scenario.. injuries, regressions, progressions, whatever you need. While the boot camp class might offer things such as speed ladders, agility drills, and bodyweight training, SGX takes all of those and adds monkey bars, wall climbs, rope climbs and even spear throws!
